Conducting interior, exterior and parkade patrols.</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Conducting daily functions of the security unit including access control, responding to alarms, security escorts, responding to calls for service, report writing/note taking</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Performing property inspections and enforce property laws, client rules, and other regulations</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Provide keys and temporary pass to visitors/employees</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Detect and confront unauthorized persons and violators of security procedures. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications for High Profile Commercial Security Guard</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Good verbal and written communication skills</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Valid Alberta Security Guard license</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Must have experience using computer systems on a day to day basis</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Customer service oriented</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Flexible to work days, evenings and night; full time or part time, 8 - 12 hour shifts</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Leadership and problem-solving skills</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ability to work in a stressful environment</span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ability to work in a team environment or work alone</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'Arial', sans-serif"><br>This could be more than a job!
