Regional (May support different countries as PTC Officer).</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Processing of Product Technical Complaint Cases: o Assign appropriate initial risk classification after review of all relevant case information to Identify escalation needs and notification</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Apply country specific requirements and product specific requirements during processing of Technical Complaint Cases to Support the sample handling and reimbursement process</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Create letters to complainants and 3rd party companies to Maintain interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, country quality units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughly.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Support preparation of standardized KPI reporting.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Ensures appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures (GMPs).</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Escalate to Senior Associate, Expert or TL any deviation to the QMS and any risk of not meeting the SLA.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;background-color:white;color:black"><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">WHO YOU ARE </span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Bachelors degree required and studies in similar field desirable.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">1 year of experience in medical/pharmaceutical and background GMP environment is desirable.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Intermediate English level (B2) is required, Portuguese is desirable.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Customer focus, highly oriented to handle complex processes.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Stakeholder Management.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">Computer literacy, ability to use the office.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:black">At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
