Senior HR Advisor
Band 6 (indicative) £39,959-48,177 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Fixed term contract/secondment initially until 31st March 2027

Main duties of the job
Providing a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational HR advice and support to Locala leaders and colleagues.
You will be responsible for ensuring Locala policies and procedures are legally compliant and fit for purpose to enable managers to undertake workforce matters under their remit, whilst providing professional advice, support and guidance to managers and colleagues on employment and absence related issues, ensuring consistency and transparency.
You will also lead on several projects at any one time and manage the successful implementation of service improvements within the HR Advisory
