Wellness to Work Officer
Band 4
Fixed Term to March 2027 - subject to funding could be extended to March 2029
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join Locala's Solutions division as a Wellness to Work Officer as part of the Health and Growth Accelerator Programme Pilot wellness to work.
The role would suit an experienced and organised administrative officer who has experience of working with project teams supporting individuals, supporting the compliance of completion of records and systems, reporting mechanisms and ensuring the smooth delivery of operational activity and quality record management.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced Officer with a track record of successfully supporting services and projects. This post provides a huge opportunity for the pilot project team to operate an employment project within Kirklees for residents aged 18-64 years, demonstrating the success of health and employment support that leads to positive outcomes for service users.
The post holder must have effective communication skills and must be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the project.
