Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing a range of care and support services to the residents, including personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic tasks. Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care. Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
