Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, you will help support our customers in a variety of ways depending on their needs. This could include providing personal care, administering medication, light domestic duties, preparing meals and snacks, shopping, and companionship. You don't need to have previous experience or qualifications in care, but you should have good people skills, strong empathy, and a caring and compassionate nature. A positive and professional team working ethos is also important.
