Job SummaryThe Director – Sales will drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives focused on cloud, digital engineering, cybersecurity, and automation services. The role requires strong local market expertise, enterprise sales experience, and established relationships across key industries.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets in KSA Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Government, and Travel sectors Own end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, RFPs, proposal development, and deal closure Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key stakeholders Drive consultative selling for digital transformation, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for solution alignment
Requirements
12–15 years of experience in B2B IT / Digital / Tech services sales Minimum 10+ years experience in Saudi Arabia market Strong enterprise sales experience in IT services / digital transformation Proven track record of revenue generation and deal closures Strong network across target industries Fluent in English (Arabic preferred) Bachelor’s degree (Business / Technology or related)Must-Have Criteria Transferable IQAMA Attested degree certificate with apostilleBenefits
