We are looking for a high-performance Social Media Manager to take full ownership of organic strategy, athlete integration, content velocity, and Manychat conversion infrastructure.
This is not a posting role. This is a revenue ownership role.
Our paid channel is efficient. Our athlete roster is strong. What we need is structure, velocity, and measurable revenue contribution from organic.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Execution
Develop and execute a repeatable, scalable content engineConduct viral strategy audits across comparable brands Extract repeatable formats, hook structures, and engagement patterns Build Figma boards to present and align on content direction2. Content Production
Manage daily publishing cadenceOversee creator and UGC pipeline Optimize hooks, retention, and storytellingTest one new experimental content format weekly3. Conversion Infrastructure
Build and optimize Manychat keyword flowsSet up auto-DMs tied to Reel CTAs Segment users by product interest Track revenue impact from organic and retention efforts4. Athlete Integration
Ensure athletes are aligned to clear KPI bucketsImprove content output and monetization structure Track whitelisting results and measurable ROI5. Reporting + Accountability
Maintain weekly KPI spreadsheet Report performance during executive meetingsRequirements
3–5 years of experience managing social media for DTC or ecommerce, or consumer brands Proven experience growing Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms Experience working with UGC creators and influencers Strong understanding of short-form content strategy (hooks, storytelling, retention) Ability to plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign launches Comfortable analyzing social performance metrics (engagement rate, watch time, saves, shares, CTR) Ability to identify winning content formats and iterate quickly Experience collaborating with paid media teams to turn organic content into ads Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content Experience maintaining consistent brand voice across platforms Ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback on contentBenefits
