Roles and responsibilities:
Contact healthcare facilities to collect required documents, including Financial Responsibility and HIPAA Authorization forms. Conduct follow-ups via phone or email for any pending or incomplete documentation. Review forms to ensure completeness and accuracy of all provided information. Maintain updated contact details and documentation within the Framework system. Forward all received forms (via email or fax) promptly to the appropriate client.Requirements
At least 1 year BPO experience handling a Healthcare AccountExperience in handling facility/provider calls (Inbound/Outbound)Good verbal and written English skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
