Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information into the system Conduct chart reviews to verify completeness and accuracy of records Monitor and track receipt of patient consent forms Make follow-up calls to patients regarding pending or incomplete consent forms Guide patients through the process of signing and returning required documents Ensure all documentation is properly recorded and filed Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards Coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve discrepanciesRequirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Blended Account (Voice/BackOffice)Healthcare BPO experience is a PLUSProficient in using MS ToolsGood verbal and written English skillsMust be willing to work on-site in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
