Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in US corporate compliance and contract drafting to support ongoing legal and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone structured, precise, and comfortable working with legal documentation and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Contract & Legal Support ● Draft and review contracts based on templates ● Customize agreements following instructions ● Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation Corporate Compliance ● Support corporate compliance processes ● Maintain records and documentation ● Ensure all filings and documents are up to standard HR & Payroll Support ● Assist with HR-related documentation ● Support payroll-related administrative processes Requirements ● US paralegal experience (ESSENTIAL) ● Strong understanding of corporate compliance ● Experience drafting contracts ● High attention to detail Nice to Have ● Experience supporting HR/payroll processes ● Familiarity with legal tools or systems
