Key Responsibilities
* Perform move-in, move-out, and routine cleaning of residential properties. * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors. * Dust, clean, and sanitize all rooms, including kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and hallways. * Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, mirrors, and fixtures. * Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, sinks, and backsplashes. * Clean interior windows, doors, baseboards, window sills, light switches, and other surfaces. * Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly. * Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment. * Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns observed during cleaning. * Ensure all assigned properties meet the company's cleanliness and quality standards. * Follow health and safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. * Work efficiently to meet scheduled cleaning appointments.
Requirements
* Previous experience in *residential cleaning* is mandatory. * Experience cleaning rental properties, apartments, townhouses, or single-family homes is preferred. * Must own a *reliable vehicle* (mandatory) and possess a valid driver's license. * Ability to travel to multiple properties throughout Calgary. * Physically fit and able to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. * Honest, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Legally authorized to work in Canada.
