Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines. Feed and unload processing machines. Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding.
