Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve work methods. Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Requisition materials and supplies. Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.
