About this role
<p><strong>Machine Breakdown Management:</strong> Lead troubleshooting and repair of machines, ensuring minimal downtime.</p> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <p>In-depth knowledge of machinery, electrical and mechanical systems.</p> <p>Experience with troubleshooting techniques and maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS).</p> <p><strong>Root Cause Analysis (RCA):</strong> Analyze recurring issues, implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.</p> <p><strong>Safety Adherence:</strong> Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety audits.</p> <p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and training.</p> <p><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports on breakdowns, repairs, and safety.</p> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Suggest process improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5 years in maintenance, with supervisory experience and knowledge of RCA and safety protocols.</li> </ul>
