<h2>Job Summary</h2> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Execution Engineer to oversee the execution of industrial and water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, site execution, contractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Execute and supervise civil, structural, and allied construction activities for industrial and water infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.</li> <li>Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, quality, safety, and client teams for seamless project execution.</li> <li>Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site resources to achieve project milestones.</li> <li>Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and applicable construction codes.</li> <li>Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices at the project site.</li> <li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update project documentation.</li> <li>Identify construction risks and proactively resolve technical and execution-related issues.</li> <li>Verify measurements, certify contractor bills, and monitor material consumption.</li> <li>Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).</li> <li>7–8 years of experience in execution of industrial, water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping station, pipeline, or related infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Experience in EPC project execution will be preferred.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of industrial and water infrastructure construction methodologies.</li> <li>Experience in RCC, structural steel, underground pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, WTP/STP, and utility works.</li> <li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.</li> <li>Knowledge of project planning and monitoring.</li> <li>Good understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures.</li> <li>Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Execution of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), industrial buildings, utility networks, and large-scale infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Experience in handling multiple contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.</li> <li>Exposure to project commissioning and client handover.</li> </ul>
