<p><strong>Responsibilities :</strong></p> <p><strong>ISO Quality Management System (QMS) – Internal Auditing</strong><br>• Plan and conduct internal audits across all departments as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.<br>• Prepare audit schedules, checklists, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and audit closure reports.<br>• Track and ensure timely closure of audit observations and NCRs with effective CAPA.<br>• Coordinate with external certification bodies (e.g., Bureau Veritas, TUV, DNV) for surveillance and recertification audits.<br>• Maintain ISO documentation – Quality Manual, SOPs, process maps, and records.<br>• Train internal staff on QMS requirements and audit awareness.</p> <p><strong>BIS Portal & BIS Certification Management</strong><br>• In-depth, hands-on management of the BIS Portal for all activities related to product certification under the Bureau of Indian Standards.<br>• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of BIS licences – fresh applications, renewals, amendments, and closure – for all applicable cable products.<br>• IS 1554, IS 7098, IS 9968, IS 14255, IS 694, IS 8130 and other cable standards.<br>• Coordinate factory inspections, sampling, and testing as required by BIS and communicate with the BIS regional/zonal office.<br>• Maintain BIS-controlled documentation – test reports, inspection reports, process records, and ISI mark usage records.<br>• Handle BIS complaints, show-cause notices, and regulatory correspondence professionally.<br>• Monitor BIS standard revisions and assess their impact on existing certified products; initiate product/process changes as required.<br>• Maintain the BIS licence register and ensure timely renewal before expiry.<br>• Liaise with the BIS officer during audits and provide data on production, testing, and conformance.</p> <p><strong> Qualification -</strong> BE/BTech</p> <p><strong>Technical: </strong><br>• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and implementation.<br>• Expertise in Internal Quality Auditing and audit planning, execution, reporting, and closure.</p> <p><strong>Functional: </strong> <br>• Internal audit planning, execution, and reporting<br>• Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance<br>• BIS licence management (application, renewal, amendment, and closure).<br>• Documentation control and record management.</p> <p><br><strong>Behavioural:</strong> <br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. <br>• High attention to detail and accuracy. <br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>• Strong planning and organizational skills.</p> <table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="right"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p>
