<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your Tasks</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Coordinates with Finance Oil team and ensures together with department manager proper allocation of resources and tasks</li> <li>Performs economic analyses and monitors the activity performance of the Asset Oil.</li> <li>Monitors and prepares reports on the budget spend, thus enabling the budget responsible to properly manage their expenditure levels</li> <li>Is responsible for fulfilling financial tasks related to the entire scope of the Asset Oil activity, as assigned by line manager, in a correct and timely manner</li> <li>Pro-actively signals issues or potential issues to the line manager and applies his/ her expertise in order to support the continuous and constant improvement of the flow of activity</li> <li>Accounts for the accuracy of SAP system postings which he/ she initiates or revises</li> <li>Provides professional assistance and advises other departments in matters concerning the financial activity and works with relevant positions in order to contribute to the planning and reporting process</li> <li>Act as mentor to indirectly subordinated staff, supports know how transfer and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Provides coaching and engages in mentoring activities to the junior team members</li> <li>Is responsible for fulfilling financial tasks related to the entire scope of the Asset Oil activity, as assigned by line manager, in a correct and timely manner</li> <li>Pro-actively signals issues or potential issues to the line manager and applies expertise in order to support the continuous and constant improvement of the flow of activity</li> <li>Contributes to the accruals process: GL account, check of supporting documents, accuracy of transactions; applies professional expertise to conduct verifications of the received documentation and ensure accuracy of system input data</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your Profile</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Education: University degree Master in Finance</li> <li>Relevant professional experience: >9 years</li> <li>Good knowledge of financial processes in OMV Petrom</li> <li>SAP S4Hana and Cognos (TM1) IBM Planning analytics knowledge, advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li> <li>Advances knowledge on planning and economics and IFRS/ Romanian accounting rules</li> <li>Strong ability to work with tight deadlines and ability to respond to management requests promptly</li> <li>Ability to work independently and also within cross functional teams, </li> <li>Defines sound proposals to improve procedures and guidelines and provides input for policies.</li> <li>Provides clear, useable advice to superiors & peers.</li> <li>Advanced expertise role in special tasks or projects; works in multifunctional projects.</li> <li>Proactive approach to problem solving</li> <li>Proven ability to work on complex issues with minimal supervision</li> <li>Results driven, proactive and highly self-motivated</li> <li>Very good command of English Effective written and oral communication skills</li> </ul></div></div></div>
