In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn how a multinational company manages its workforce at 360°, working with colleagues from all HR areas – Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Reputation, Operations and Business Partnership – to continuously improve De Nora’s organization and processes in order to maximize efficiency and innovation, exploiting data driven strategies.
