Watch the video to discover more: https://youtu.be/vmkv0tuQvKc Production Skilled Operator_Welder Key Responsibilities Assemble product components according to production requirements, install components in the correct position, and complete related material movement tasks. Operate mechanical machines according to work instructions, including bending, cutting, and resistance welding equipment, to support stable and accurate operations. Perform Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding and repair work according to process requirements, ensuring welding quality and product quality meet standards. Follow production, quality, and safety processes, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly, and help maintain a safe and tidy work area. Communicate effectively with the team, line manager, and relevant support teams, follow line manager instructions, and proactively learn and improve operational skills. Work Schedule & Location The role works on day shift. The work location is Suzhou, and on-site work is required. The role must follow safety procedures and operational requirements on the production site and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Requirements High school education with a mechanical-related background. At least 4 years of working experience in a mechanical factory. Valid welder license. Chinese language is mandatory. Ability to follow line manager instructions, show a proactive learning attitude, work diligently, and adapt to considerable work intensity.
