Here at GXO, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Nestle Purina contract based in Hams Hall, Birmingham. You will lead, motivate, and manage a team of operational colleagues on a daily basis, ensuring all statutory, safety, and company requirements are consistently met. You will help the site in the achievement of business objectives through efficient warehouse operations, strong people leadership, and effective use of warehouse management systems including EWM, Kronos, and Yard Management Systems (YMS). This is a full time, permanent position and you’ll be working an “Any 5 out of 7”, rotating over 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 37.5 hours per week with 2 rest days.
