Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: Strong experience within HR Operations, People Services, Shared Services or HR Compliance, gained within a large or complex organisationProven experience building or improving governance frameworks, compliance processes, controls, assurance activity or risk-management approachesA good understanding of HR compliance and data governance, including areas such as GDPR, Right to Work, DSARs, employment documentation, HR data quality and audit requirementsConfident leadership and influencing skills, with experience coaching and developing teams while building credibility with stakeholders at all levelsA strategic but hands-on approach, with the ability to use data and insight to drive change, improve processes and deliver practical solutionsExperience of SuccessFactors, HRIS platforms, SOX controls or corporate governance frameworks would be advantageous Responsibilities: Shape and embed our People Services compliance and governance framework, establishing clear standards, controls and processes across the employee lifecycleOwn our HR data governance, improving the quality, integrity, consistency and transparency of people data across HR systems and reportingLead audit and assurance activity, maintaining audit readiness, monitoring risks and overseeing actions arising from internal and external auditsPartner with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit and Technology, influencing decisions that affect compliance, controls and data qualityLead and develop our team, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and risk awareness while driving automation, simplification and standardisation Technologies: Support More:
We are GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc., and we are looking for an HR Compliance & Data Governance Manager to join our growing People Services team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and embed our HR compliance, governance and data integrity framework across GXO UK&I. The position is full time and permanent, based in Northampton, with a hybrid working setup combining office and home working.
