As the Senior Inspector, RIT, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards for processing material to ensure compliant material is delivered to the Program and the Final Customer. What you’ll do on a typical day: <ul> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform inspection of machine parts and castings utilizing various inspection techniques and equipment to assure functional performance according to drawing specifications</li> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Receiving Inspection and test of incoming material received at other sites</li> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide validation and disposition of actual defects for both Hardware and Documentation Quality Notifications (QN). </li> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate in cause and corrective actions to alleviate production difficulties</li> </ul> What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you’ll need: <ul> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Extensive experience with Open Setups to inspect orientation, location and form.</li> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Extensive experience with blueprints, MIL-STDs, technical procedures, specifications, standards, and other engineering and manufacturing documents</li> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</li> <li environment developing/implementing practical solutions to a range of challenges in quality systems, process control, and materials</li> <li
