If so, join us as HR Manager covering 2 national distribution centres. As our HR Manager, you will be people-focused covering two contracts within GXO. This opportunity will support our contracts at East Midlands Gateway and our Nestle Purina contract at Hams Hall, Coleshill. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll provide our site leadership teams with support and guidance in relation to all HR related topics. You will provide a professional service covering all aspects of from employee relations and industrial relations, with a focus on continuous improvement, to ensure that all contract objectives are achieved and maintained through the performance of our people. You’ll lead a team of 8 direct colleagues and will work closely with the site leadership team, ensuring consistent people support and engagement across diverse contracts. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with core working hours of Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (flexibility required for business needs). The role will require regular travel across the sites.
