With Metrobank, a meaningful life is within your reach!</p> <p><strong>Position Title: </strong>Compensation Evaluation Officer</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducts comparative industry salary studies and other special studies and analysis related to officer compensation and benefits</li> <li>Handles all salary movements related to hiring, promotion, merit review, retirement and separation of employees of the Bank</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Exposure:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducts annual review of Bank officers’ compensation processes and programs (salary structure and increases) to develop a rational salary system</li> <li>Recommends merit increases for officers on an anniversary (date of hiring) basis according to policy guidelines, prepare and release letters to respective heads</li> <li>Prepares and implements compensation packages of all officers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>Analytical</li> <li>With excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills (customer service)</li> <li>Has strong collaboration skills to work effectively across various business and functions</li> <li>Able to perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Details:</strong></p> <p><strong>Rank:</strong> Junior Officer</p> <p><strong>Unit:</strong> Office of the President / Office of the Assistant to the Group Chairman / Compensation Evaluation Department<strong><br>Location:</strong> Metrobank Center, BGC, Taguig City</p>
