Manager – Commercial Diligence - Industrials Full job description We are seeking an experienced team member with expertise in Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy Consulting, and Industrials sector research to join our Industrials CDD practice. As a member of our EY-Parthenon Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) team, you will work closely with private equity investors and corporate clients to evaluate investment opportunities across industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, packaging, automotive, transportation & logistics, engineering services, and related end markets. The role requires a hands-on approach to diligence execution and the ability to independently drive key workstreams from hypothesis generation through final recommendations.
