The ideal candidate will be a strong RTR domain expert and have team management skills and leadership behaviour. Ideal candidate will have proficiency in using and leveraging RTR tools and technologies such as Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to optimize R2R processes. Exposure to multiple ERP environments like SAP, Workday, Oracle will be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assume full ownership and accountability for the delivery of RTR services, ensuring excellence in financial reporting and compliance with all regulations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead the RTR team in managing general ledger, month-end close, Reconciliations, journal entry processing, financial reporting and analysis with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain a clear understanding of service management reporting metrics and use operational and process insights to drive performance and customer satisfaction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Leverage cutting-edge RTR tools and technologies such as Blackline, SNOW and RPA to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as a people leader, fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth, collaboration and high performance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure adherence to US GAAP, IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure 100% adherence to internal controls and defined accounting policies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary information and support during audits.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices and new technologies within the RTR function.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and report key findings to senior management.</li> </ul> Qualifications & Experience: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">10+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor/Master’s degree in accounting</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Or CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with 7 to 10 years of experience will be highly preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrated thought leadership and experience in Record to Report operations with a strong record of driving delivery excellence.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Working knowledge of Workday system and prior experience of going through Workday implementation will be added advantage</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strategic thinking with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.</li> </ul> Soft Skills <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Thought leadership and accountability in service delivery</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strategic thinking and process improvement</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong people management and development orientation</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Effective communication and relationship building skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Financial and business acumen</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven track of working with leaders from across geographies and managing the deliverables under a fast-changing expectations with accurate quality in a metrics environment.</li> </ul> This role may require extended working hours during peak reporting periods and may involve occasional travel.
