The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembly of hydraulic pumps and components and ensuring production targets are met with high quality and safety standards</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif"><br>This is a 2nd Shift position. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Assemble hydraulic pumps.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Record production data and complete required documentation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
