Its work teams specialise in both professional field and client sector.<br> With over <b>500 professionals</b> at <b>12 offices</b> in Italy's largest cities, the KPMG network's Tax and legal unit is one of the top professional partnerships in the country.<br> </p> <p>We are recruiting a professional to join our <b>M&A Tax Team</b> in <b>Bologna</b>, who will be involved in: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc.);</li> <li>Corporate restructuring;</li> <li>Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS);</li> <li>National and international tax opinions;</li> <li>Applications for tax rulings;</li> <li>Preparation of corporate income tax returns (<em>Modello Unico</em> and <em>Modello IRAP</em>).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><em>Requirements</em></b></p> <p>To be our ideal candidate, you must:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 2 years of professional experience at International Law Firms (Big Four or Advisory Firms);</li> <li>Master’s Degree in Economics or Law, with a final grade of more than 100/110;</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of the English language;</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills;</li> <li>Good organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability;</li> <li>Flexibility and dynamism.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Desired Characteristics</em></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Tax Law.<br> </li> </ul> <p> <br> Your data will be processed in full compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - “GDPR”), as amended.
