As a Governance & Innovation Junior Consultant , you will join our Operations team with the mission of leading complex digital transformation programs and ensuring effective governance on innovation-driven projects. You will support our clients in activities with a focus on innovation challenges, leveraging your management and technical skills . Directly interacting with our customers, you will lead digital transformation decisions with a strong eye on both business and technology . Specifically, you will help our customers to drive the change with specific tasks: Governance models to support innovation and digital initiatives in line with leading practices Provide support for complex innovation initiatives across digital and application domains Define, establish, and evolve models for the governance of complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, milestones, and budgets Drive the definition and continuous improvement of digital processes , translating business requirements into actionable solutions Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders Contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines Effective knowledge of digital transformation projects with proven management and technical skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Italian and English Your Future With Us - What you’ll find at KPMG An inclusive and equitable work environment that respects, encourages and values diversity A challenging and dynamic environment that encourages creativity and teamwork Hybrid work arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance Advanced training and development programmes to stay current International mindset and innovative projects Initiatives focused on mental and physical well-being This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
