Il team Transaction Services fa parte della divisione Deal Advisory e supporta i clienti in tutte le fasi delle operazioni di fusione e acquisizione (M&A), dalla valutazione preliminare dell'operazione fino all'integrazione o alla separazione successiva alla chiusura del deal. I professionisti del team assistono fondi di private equity e clienti corporate nell'identificazione dei rischi e delle opportunità legati ad acquisizioni, cessioni e joint venture.
