The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical capabilities across modules such as <strong>Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)</strong>. This role will involve requirement analysis, solution design, technical development, and ongoing support while working closely with HR and IT stakeholders. </p> <p>8 to 10 years Description</H2> </div><div><p> A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Must have minimum of 2-3 implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud suite of modules.</li> <li>Configure, implement, and support modules including <strong>Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and ORC</strong>.</li> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>reports, integrations, extensions, and conversions</strong> using Oracle tools such as <strong>OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP APIs</strong>.</li> <li>Support system upgrades, patch testing, and quarterly Oracle release evaluations.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues, working with Oracle Support where needed.</li> <li>Perform <strong>data uploads and mass changes</strong> using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.</li> <li>Create user documentation and provide training to end users and super users.</li> <li> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand business HR concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts.</li> <li>Solid understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration framework.</li> <li>Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.</li> <li> Strong management experience, including direct report and consulting teams remotely.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills required.</li> <li>Good project management skills, planning and organization skills desired.</li> <li>Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends.</li> <li>Oracle Cloud Certification.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather and analyze requirements across <strong>Oracle Competencies</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.</li> <li>5-8 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.</li> <li>Strong functional expertise in at least 3 modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, or ORC.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, and Fast Formulas.</li> <li>Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS extensions is a plus.</li> <li>Good understanding of data security, role provisioning, and workflow approvals in Oracle HCM Cloud.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment<strong>.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).</li>
