<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Job Purpose</strong></span></p> <p>Responsible for managing specified operational functions within the building in supporting the buildings overall operation.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p>• Execute the day-to-day operation of assigned building management tasks (including carpark) and management services (including tenant services, building operations and building facilities) as to deliver first class services to all tenants.<br>• Enforce landlord’s rights and statutory requirements as directed by the supervisor.<br>• Monitor together with TS team on performance of contractors and the quality of workmanship for designated simple contractual works carried out in the building.<br>• Work closely with Security and Technical teams to smoothen daily operations, marketing and company activities.<br>• Deal with all complaints, requests and enquiries and issue complaint-handling forms/work orders to respective departments concerned according to line management instructions, support marketing activities and continuously strengthen relations with tenants.<br>• Handle emergency situations as directed and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.<br>• Execute company policies e.g. customer services, Safety, Health and Environmental policy as directed ensuring initiatives are effectively carried out.<br>• Recommend improvements to superior on work processes.<br>• Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior.<br>• Properly maintain day to day building operation aspects.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements</u></strong></p> <p>• Form 5 or above.<br>• At lease 1 year working experience in service industry and experience in property management is preferable.<br>• Holder of Security Personnel Permit preferred.<br>• Fluent in Cantonese and knowledge in English, competent in spoken English & Mandarin and written Chinese preferable.<br>• Work on shift and call.<br>• Excellent customer service attitude.</p> <p> </p></div></div></div>
