<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">​</H2> </div><div><p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise the daily operation Playdot, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for children and families.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee Playdot activities and events, including on-site support, crowd management and service quality monitoring.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify, source and manage suitable classes, workshops and programs (e.g. education, arts, wellness, parent‑child experiences) that align with Playdot’s positioning and family‑centric focus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Curate engaging family and kids experiences, designing thematic program calendars and special activities to enhance member satisfaction and repeat visitation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Reach out to potential partners (education providers, enrichment centres, NGOs, lifestyle brands) to explore collaboration opportunities and co‑develop programs that enrich the Playdot offering.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with management to drive program income and utilisation, monitoring enrolment, yield and customer feedback, and proposing improvements to maximise performance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Handle enquiries, bookings and complaints professionally, delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct in‑house staff training and prepare implementation plans to maintain high service standards and consistent operating procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform regular patrolling and service checks to ensure facilities, safety, cleanliness and customer touchpoints meet company standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with administration tasks, including attendance records, booking systems, simple reporting and documentation related to programs and operations.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements</strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Diploma or above (or qualification equivalent to QF Level 3); studies in Recreation, Hospitality, Early Childhood / Education or related disciplines are an advantage.</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 2–3 years’ relevant experience in clubhouse, children’s playroom, family club, or education / enrichment centre operations, with exposure to programming or class / workshop coordination.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in handling class enrolment, schedule management, and basic income or utilisation tracking is preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working on shift, including weekends and public holidays, in a front-line customer service environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with a warm and professional service manner.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient in MS Office and Chinese / English word processing; familiarity with booking or CRM systems is an advantage.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for engaging children and families and collaborating with partners.</p> </li> </ul></div></div></div>
