Rather than owning one piece of the puzzle, you'll build an end-to-end view of the business, working closely with stakeholders to turn financial information into meaningful insights that support decision making.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Drive planning, forecasting and outlook processes across the full planning cycle, including AOP</li> <li>Deliver management reporting, KPI analysis and performance insights that support commercial decisions</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand performance drivers and manage overhead planning</li> <li>Coordinate capital planning and bring together financial information from multiple teams to support planning and reporting</li> <li>Coach and provide day-to-day support to an Analyst while building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business</li> <li>Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve consistency and create more value through FP&A</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with people, asking questions and using financial insights to influence decisions.
