You will focus on simplifying how employees access support, knowledge, and services through modern portal experiences and AI-powered conversational journeys. This role combines UX design, service design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with enterprise needs.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, flows, and design specifications to support product and platform delivery</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">What do you need to have?</span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, digital experience design, or enterprise platform design</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">3+ years of experience designing enterprise portals, employee experience platforms, service portals, workflow applications, or digital workplace solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Hands on experience designing or supporting ServiceNow experiences such as Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, ITSM, or HRSD</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience designing conversational AI journeys, guided support flows, fallback experiences, and escalation paths</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in Agile delivery
