<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Role Purpose</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Responsible for developing and communicating demand requirements</li> <li>Develop capacity plans and manage inventory & purchasing strategies to ensure optimum material utilization.</li> <li>Build up and manage the Sales and Operating Plan (S&OP) process if necessary.</li> <li>Optimizing inventory level and ensuring production continuity.</li> <li>Manage and follow up new projects in plant for better execution.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Work closely with global SCM/PLM to understand the demand visibility and Order placement requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales, business development , product line management team to develop and maintain accurate rolling forecast in terms of driving procurement activities..</li> <li>Monitor and analyze demand trend to adjust forecast and plans proactively.</li> <li>Assess reasonable delivery dates in the system daily based on customer demand dates, material availability, and production capacity</li> <li>Create purchase requisitions based on actual order demand and forecast to ensure material readiness for production</li> <li>Work with production planner to ensure the production schedule is aligned with customer requirements.</li> <li>Proactively identify potential material shortage and develop mitigation plan to prevent production disruptions.</li> <li>Develop and maintain KPI for inventory turns, lead time performance and slow moving mitigation plan</li> <li>Support on other optimization projects or initiatives.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education & Experience </H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, purchasing management or relevant field.</li> <li>5years working experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Strong experience using an SAP system</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Required Skills, Desired Skills and Soft Skills</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Required by Legal or QEHS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Know EHS relevant law and regulations</li> <li>Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working experience in ERP system, SAP or other systems.</li> <li>High sense of responsibility and initiatives, self-motivated, good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.</li> <li>Fluent oral and written English and mandarin</li> <li>Computer skills, Word, Excel and PPT skills</li> <li>Good communication and negotiation skill</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Desired Skills:<em> </em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to think strategically and execute methodically</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul> <li>Good communication and negotiation skill.</li> <li>Good understanding of culture different between different countries.</li> </ul> </li> </ul></div></div></div>
