<p><strong>Your Mission</strong><br>At Döhler, we operate ~50 factories worldwide powered by cutting-edge, modern, globally standardized OT systems. As a Senior OT Support Engineer, you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly dynamic production environment.<br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Global OT Support</strong><br>Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs<br>Troubleshoot complex system, integration, and data challenges<br>Factory Enablement<br>Support and optimize operations across ~50 production sites<br>Manage high-impact change requests with global stakeholders<br><strong>Global Rollouts</strong><br>Support and lead OT system rollouts and deployments worldwide<br>Drive implementation directly in real production environments<br><strong>Automation & Continuous Improvement</strong><br>Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasks<br>Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stability<br><strong>Hands-on Execution</strong><br>Work directly with shopfloor systems and technologies<br>Bridge the gap between concept and real-world operations<br><strong>Your Profile</strong><br>Strong hands-on experience in OT / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Systems<br>Proven experience in shopfloor environments<br>Expertise in MES, SCADA, PLCs, and system integrations<br>Experience with global rollouts / deployments<br>Skills in automation / scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs)<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset<br>Fluent in English</p>
