<p><span style="font-size:14.0px;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. </strong></span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b></b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Zakres obowiązków:</strong><br>Analiza i optymalizacja procesów montażowych (assembly) w celu zwiększenia efektywności, jakości i przepustowości<br>Opracowywanie oraz wdrażanie technologii procesu produkcyjnego<br>Identyfikowanie problemów procesowych i ich skuteczne rozwiązywanie (root cause analysis, działania korygujące i zapobiegawcze)<br>Wdrażanie usprawnień lean (np. eliminacja marnotrawstw, skracanie czasu przepływu, balansowanie linii)<br>Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji procesowej (instrukcje pracy, PFMEA, flow, standardy)<br>Współpraca z działami: produkcja, jakość, utrzymanie ruchu oraz R&D<br>Udział w uruchomieniach nowych procesów i wdrożeniach nowych produktów (NPI)<br>Analiza danych procesowych i monitorowanie KPI<br> </p> <p><br><strong>Nasze wymagania:</strong><br>Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w środowisku produkcyjnym (preferowane assembly)<br>Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu procesów montażowych i technologii produkcji<br>Doświadczenie w analizie procesów oraz rozwiązywaniu problemów (np. 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)<br>Znajomość narzędzi Lean Manufacturing (np.
