This role provides direct patient care, supports clinical operations, and coordinates services for high-touch patients including corporate clients and Baylor leadership. The RN I collaborates closely with physicians, wellness teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience in a concierge setting.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to adapt in a high-touch care model, and the initiative to contribute to team-wide care planning and strategy. The RN I may serve as a clinical liaison and is expected to uphold BCM&apos;s standards for professionalism, patient care, and operational excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position is located at our McNair Campus.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Duties</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Performs routine clinical procedures such as vital signs, specimen collection, EKGs, cognitive <br>screening, and point-of-care testing.</li> <li>Supports in-office procedures, sets up equipment, and administers medications as directed.</li> <li>Coordinates patient referrals, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.</li> <li>Manages incoming MyChart messages and provides telephone triage.</li> <li>Documents patient interactions in the EMR and assists with maintaining accurate clinical records.</li> <li>Provides patient education and acts as liaison between patients and physicians.</li> <li>Participates in quality and safety initiatives as a clinic lead.</li> <li>Assists practice manager in daily operational planning.</li> <li>Supports team communication and problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Minimum Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Associate&apos;s Degree or Bachelor&apos;s Degree in Nursing.</li> <li>No experience required.</li> <li>Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Texas Board of Nursing.</li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization Requirement:</strong></p> <p><strong>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</strong> Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment. </p> <p> </p> <p>Baylor College of Medicine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Equal Access Employer.</p>
