Our lab established a robust research program in bladder cancer research. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Duties</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure proper calibration, and manage inventory of laboratory supplies and consumables.</li> <li>Perform routine cell culture maintenance, including cell line propagation, quality control, and cryopreservation.</li> <li>Conduct molecular and biochemical assays, including qPCR, Western blotting, and mass spectrometry sample preparation.</li> <li>Maintain mouse colonies, including breeding, genotype, animal husbandry coordination, drug dosing, and tumor measurements.</li> <li>Collect, analyze, document, and organize experimental data and research results.</li> <li>Prepare figures, summaries, and presentations for weekly laboratory meetings and research discussions.</li> <li>Summarize research findings and contribute to the preparation of manuscripts, abstracts, grant applications, and scientific reports for publication.</li> <li>Prepare laboratory buffers, reagents, media, and other materials required for daily laboratory operations.</li> <li>Coordinate sample transfers, collaborative experiments, and research activities with internal and external laboratories.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with institutional safety regulations, animal care protocols, and laboratory standard operating procedures.</li> <li>Work under junior faculties and postdocs and new laboratory personnel on experimental procedures and equipment usage.</li> <li>Support overall laboratory management, including record keeping, protocol documentation, and maintenance of research databases.</li> <li>Perform other job related duties as assigned.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Minimum Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor&apos;s degree in a Basic Science or related field.
