<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Summary</H2> </div><div><p>The Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to provide support for our Baylor Medicine and Critical Care Programs at Baylor College of Medicine and its affiliates. This role supports the daily business operations, including provider credentialing, maintaining provider schedules, and day-to-day administrative support for one the Section&apos;s largest hospital medicine program. This position requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Duties</H2> </div><div><p>• Provides administrative support to faculty in Baylor Medicine programs including processing reimbursements, travel requests, and ordering of supplies.<br>• Leads provider credentialing including BaylorMedCare credentialing, including the tracking of credentialing status, initial credentialing, and re-credentialing.<br>• Maintains hospitalist schedules in QGenda and work with Medical Director to ensure correct coverage at all times.<br>• Organizes meetings, prepares agendas, and takes meeting minutes and action items.<br>• Audits provider billing and compliance.<br>• Processes supplemental payments for faculty for moonlighting and other additional assignments.<br>• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Minimum Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High School diploma or GED.</li> <li>Two years of relevant experience.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Preferred Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s in business, healthcare administration or related field preferred. </li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization Requirement:</strong></p> <p><strong>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</strong> Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment. </p> <p> </p> <p>Baylor College of Medicine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Equal Access Employer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h6><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:dimgray"></span></h6>
