<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">We are looking for a<strong> </strong><strong>Head of Production</strong> for our plant in Codlea.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supporting the strategic planning of the department by breaking down and/or developing the department’s strategic planning over a short/medium-term time horizon;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Planning and managing the budget within the area of responsibility, in coordination with the superior, and ensuring compliance with it;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensuring the production of all parts/components/assemblies at the location with the highest possible efficiency and in accordance with customer requirements regarding quantity, deadline, quality and cost, in line with DRX internal strategic and operational specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Developing and implementing personnel planning, including from a strategic perspective, within the area of responsibility, in coordination with the superior, and ensuring employees are assigned according to their qualifications;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Professional and disciplinary management of subordinate personnel and making personnel-related decisions in cooperation with the Human Resources department</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Developing department-specific targets for employees, breaking down and prioritizing department targets, tracking targets and assessing their achievement;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conducting regular meetings and inspections to increase quality, contributing to short-term remediation and corrective measures;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Presenting proposals for annual planning regarding required investments, capacity and personnel needs, taking quality requirements into account.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree (Studied mechanical engineering/ manufacturing technology/ industrial engineer);</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">7-10 years of experience in a production environment;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Several years of professional experience after completing training and experience in personnel management;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Advanced level of English, German language is an advantage;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Process oriented thinking, willingness to learn, leadership and communication skills;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Goal orientated, analytical skills and problem solving skills.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Career advancement opportunities;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">International work environment.</span></li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">If you are an enthusiast person and you want to develop professionally in an international environment, please send us your application!
