OPERATIONS <ul> <li>Manage the operation of their outlet. where </li> <li>Carry out total control and daily inventory of crockery, glassware, cutlery, table linen, table centrepieces, decorations.</li> <li>Report via EISI on the status of their outlet, according to internal procedure.</li> <li>Supervise and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of their outlet.</li> <li>Control and supervise the correct lighting, air conditioning and music in their outlet.</li> <li>Monitor the status of their menus, wine lists, promotions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with the layout by outlet according to brand.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with their outlet’s opening and closing checklist.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li> </ul> CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department.</li> <li>Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.</li> <li>Deal with customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the person in charge.
