We foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where you can grow, learn, and contribute from day one.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As our new AP/AR & Credit Management Specialist, you will join our Nordic Finance team and take ownership of key AP, AR, and Credit Management processes across the region.</p> <p> </p> <p>Working closely with Nordic stakeholders and our shared service centers, you will monitor performance, strengthen controls, improve working capital, and drive process improvements across the finance organization.</p> <p> </p> <p>The position is based at our Nordic Headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and reports to the <strong>Nordic Financial Services Manager</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p>We offer flexibility with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Monitor AP, AR, Credit Management, and Working Capital KPIs to ensure strong financial performance.</li> <li>Develop and improve reporting that supports decision-making and operational follow-up.</li> <li>Support month-end activities and ensure timely resolution of AP, AR, and credit-related issues.</li> <li>Act as the key contact for shared service centers and drive effective collaboration across markets.</li> <li>Partner with finance and business stakeholders to improve processes, controls, and ways of working.</li> <li>Drive initiatives related to automation, standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <p>To succeed in this role, you:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with experience within AP/AR, Credit Management, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.</li> <li>Have a strong understanding of financial processes and are comfortable working with data, reporting, KPIs, and reconciliations.</li> <li>Have solid SAP experience and advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes is an advantage.</li> <li>Take ownership, work proactively, and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.</li> <li>Thrive in an international environment and build strong relationships across functions, countries, and organizational levels.</li> <li>Are fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is an advantage but not a requirement, and you are motivated by making a real impact while developing your expertise within a Nordic Finance organization.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Make an Impact at Nestlé Nordics</strong></p> <p>Joining Nestlé means becoming part of a collaborative Nordic Finance team where your work directly supports working capital performance, process excellence, and operational efficiency across the Nordic markets.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will work closely with colleagues across the region, drive meaningful improvements, and help shape the future of finance processes within one of the world's leading FMCG companies.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are looking for a role that combines finance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement in an international environment, we would love to hear from you.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Application Process and Contact</strong></p> <p>We look forward to receiving your application.
