Job summary <p><strong>Join us in shaping the future of health and care learning.</strong></p><p>At The Learning Enterprise (TLE) - the learning and development arm of HCRG Care Group - were passionate about helping people grow. As an <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Independent Training Provider, we deliver innovative learning and development solutions to both our internal teams and a national network of external clients</span>.</p><p>Were now looking for an experienced and <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">compassionate Senior Trainer to join our team, someone who shares our <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">commitment</span> to high-quality, person-centred learning that makes a real difference in health and care settings</span>.</p><p>This is a part-time role working 15 hours per week.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>What youll do:</strong></h3><p>Youll design, deliver and develop engaging, blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms - helping professionals enhance their skills, confidence and quality of care.<br>Youll also <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> curriculum development, contribute to new training solutions, and bring innovation and creativity to everything you do.</p><h3><br></h3>
