Job summary <p><strong>Help Give Children the Best Start in Life</strong></p><p>The first five years of a child\'s life are crucial in shaping their future health, development, and wellbeing. As an <strong>Early Help Family Practitioner</strong>, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families at the moments when early intervention can make the greatest difference.</p><p>Working alongside Health Visitors, you will help deliver the <strong>Healthy Child Programme (0-5)</strong>, providing practical support, guidance, and early help to families across Bath. Your work will focus on improving outcomes for children, strengthening family resilience, and supporting key public health priorities within the community.</p><p>We are pleased to offer both<strong> full-time and part-time opportunities</strong>, giving you the flexibility to choose a working pattern that suits your lifestyle while building a rewarding career.
