Tuesday & Thursday 14:00 - 18:00 pm Friday 08:00 - 18:00 pm
Working alongside the the GP's and care navigators to support patient care and signposting

Handling patient queries Reviewing and processing patient tasks Assisting with administrative tasks
Computer data entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording information in accordance with practice procedures Initiating contact with and responding to requests from patients, other team member and associated healthcare agencies and providers Providing administration assistance as required from time to time, including filing, photocopying and scanning
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experience working within a healthcare environment minimum of 2 years
Experience Desirable
Experience of working in a GP practice
