Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will support the people who care for our residents, contributing to a positive impact on their lives daily. The role involves being the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as needed and ensuring high standards of care. You will undertake various nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions. You will also advise families and GPs about changes in residents' conditions. The role requires deploying and supervising care staff effectively and maintaining high standards by conducting accurate assessments and planning. Candidates must hold a First Level qualification, current NMC Registration, have at least two years of experience, display good interpersonal skills, and demonstrate knowledge of care planning and application.
