We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Practitioner (Nights) to join our dedicated team and help ensure residents receive exceptional care and support throughout the night.
As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in leading the night care team, promoting high standards of person-centred care and ensuring residents remain comfortable, safe and well supported. You will combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, acting as a role model for colleagues and helping to create a calm and reassuring atmosphere for residents and their families.

What Youll Be Doing
As a Night Shift Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.
You will:
Provide personalised care, supporting residents with night routines, mobility, and comfortMonitor wellbeing, observing changes and responding professionallyOffer reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettledSupport with light domestic duties to help prepare for the day aheadWork closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality careTake part in ongoing training and development

The Senior Care Practitioner (Nights) is responsible for supporting the management of the home during night-time hours and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. The postholder will provide supervision and support to the care team while ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion.
Working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining quality standards, promoting best practice and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to lead confidently when responding to changing resident needs and situations.
